Initial open directions

    Hello,
    I have problem with initialopendirections=”true”.
    For direction setting “Google”, the page with a map shortcode uppon loading immediately redirects to the Google map.
    For direction setting “Inline”, the page with a map shortcode uppon loading immediately scrolls to the point where the map is located.
    Is there any way to avoid this.

    Hi,

    Sorry, but no – it’s not possible to modify the default behavior for initialopendirections. However, you could instead use initialopeninfo=”true” (or set that as the default in the MapPress settings). This will open the popup when the map is first displayed, and the user could then click on the ‘directions’ link in the popup to open Google Maps or the directions form.
