    I recently installed this plugin, but the initial sync always takes forever. And after some time, the process just freezes. This happens every time I try to set it up or refresh the page. I tried installing the plugin again, but that didn’t work either. If I look at the Zettle catalog after the process froze, there are only about 10 products synced, even after an hour. And the counter you see next to the ‘syncing in progress’ text always goes in the 100,000’s (is that normal?). How can I fix this problem?

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Based on your description of the issue I suspect that there is either an issue with the settings in the plugin or there might be something wrong with the Action Scheduler (the WooCommerce queue system) inside your store. Lets tackle the settings first – could you send some screenshots of the settings that you are currently using to [email protected]? I’ll take a look at it and we can continue the troubleshooting from there.

    Hi @carlericsson,

    Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, because the plugin is still in the setup stage, I can’t see all the settings. The only thing I know about the settings is that the prices between Woocommerce and Zettle are synced. And I found out that there is no trace of the plugin in the Woocommerce action scheduler.

    Ohh, then it sounds like you’re using this plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/zettle-pos-integration/) and not ours (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-izettle-integration/). I would suggest reaching out to the team behind the other Zettle plugin and ask them further about this. If you’re unable to resolve it with them though you’re more than welcome to try out our plugin ??
