I recently installed this plugin, but the initial sync always takes forever. And after some time, the process just freezes. This happens every time I try to set it up or refresh the page. I tried installing the plugin again, but that didn’t work either. If I look at the Zettle catalog after the process froze, there are only about 10 products synced, even after an hour. And the counter you see next to the ‘syncing in progress’ text always goes in the 100,000’s (is that normal?). How can I fix this problem?

    Hello @effectedduck,

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

The issue you describe has been reported before, but most of the time this is caused by the hosting server having trouble handling the workload of the synchronization job. Often I have seen that refreshing the progress page (while the sync is ongoing) to re-initialize the job and getting past this freeze. The size of your library and the performance of the hosting server is most likely where we need to look for the cause of this. The process works pretty straight forward, however, there could be product (types) that can cause issues as well.

We do not have enough details about the situation to correctly judge it, so if you want us to have a closer look, you could also open a private engagement with us, so we can review the system report and logs?

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello @effectedduck

I believe we have continued our investigation via a private engagement and found that this issue was being caused by a conflict with the plugin “LiteSpeed Cache: door LiteSpeed Technologies – 6.1”.

I will mark this thread as resolved. Please let us know if this is not the correct action, and you require additional support from us.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
