    I want to see if there is an option to only show initials rather than full cust name

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Currently, our plugin only supports showing initial avatar, it is setup in Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions. For the initial reviewer name in the reviews section, it isn’t supported. I will inform the development team to consider supporting this option in future updates.
