    Hi,

    Initiate Checkout is not being tracked by my pixel:

    WARNINGS
    We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.

    I Uninstalled and Reinstalled the plugin, I solved the problem for the other events, but not this one.

    Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

    I took a quick look at your store and was able to see that all of the events are tracking as expected, except for the InitiateCheckout event – as you described.

    This may be an indication of a theme or plugin conflict issue on your specific site. We may need to do some additional conflict testing to track down the cause, but to get started, could you please temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty or Storefront, and let me know if you still experience issues? If so, not to worry, I’ll have some other troubleshooting steps for you to follow.

    If swapping themes does resolve the issue, it would appear to be a theme conflict and we can look into what may be conflicting there.
