Inject HTML code in a Email

Hi
I′m trying to inject a html piece of code in a email sent by WCF7. I do this

Example
List of Cars
[text list_cars]

And the email show me this:
List of Cars
<ul><li>Mercedes</li><li>Audi</li><li>BMW</li></ul>

It How can I make for mail interpret the html code?

P.D: I select the checkbox “Use HTML content type”
