div tag injected into head tag

    When this plugin is activated, it causes the following <div> tag to be injected into the <head> tag.

    <div id="fit-vids-style" class="fit-vids-style" style="display: none;">

    This is being reported by various SEO tools as bad and potentially causing page problems. Its not clear why this is being added, but we have confirmed that it goes against best practices and defined legal values in the <head> tag.

    Can this be changed so its not longer in the <head> tag, or at least provide an option to change this behavior. Or document a way that we can override or otherwise change this behavior.
