Inline Images

We need to be able to add inline images via the visual editor and I’m seeing some inconsistency.

‘Add New’ loads the standard WordPress post editor and the ‘add media’ button works.

Ticket replies loads TinyMCE and there is no way to add inline images (in the visual editor).

‘Edit ticket’ loads the standard WordPress post editor but the ‘add media’ button is disabled.

I’m not seeing any errors so I assume this is the way you have it set up.

Is there a way to fully enable inline images?
