    Hello,

    This plugin:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/lenses-prescription/

    changes the layout of the options.

    So you can use as an example of how to do it.

    Also it has a modification:
    “Custom HTML template”
    https://hottons.com/lp_modifications

    if you need more complex layout of the options.

    Other way to do it (without using extra plugins) is to change the template file:
    wp-content/plugins/product-options-for-woocommerce/view/frontend/templates/product/options.php
    and the css styles file:
    wp-content/plugins/product-options-for-woocommerce/view/frontend/web/product/main.css
