    Hi Nick,

    Thanks for your support submission.

    I made a design decision on this to not add extra HTTP requests to peoples sites.

    It would appear though that it would be a nice option to have the choice in the admin.

    I will add this to the development plan for the 1.3 release for you.

    Hi Nick,

    The 1.3 version has now been released with the option to include the scripts/styles as external files.

    In addition, there is an extra option to choose whether to include the JavaScript file in the footer or not.
