Inline tag to create category

    Does anyone know of a way to create a inline code (sort of like a wiki) in the text which would tell the engine what category to place the article? such as [category: store/cafe]
    the main category would be store and sub category is cafe

    I know that this is rather simple, just can’t figure out how to do it.
