inner page showing change but homepage not?

  • https://www.howtobebetterinbed.org/ is my site in question. I changed the copy on the home page, which is a single sticky post. I added an optin box for an autoresponder as well. Updated the post but I am getting the old page even after clearing cache,checking from a different comp,etc

    But I get the new page when i click on the inner catagory page.

    I dont understand?

    Can anyone see whats wrong?

    bump,this is still vexing me, it seems to happen sometimes and other times not

    i just double checked the post in my admin panel and it is showing the proper new post to edit or leave as is so i have no idea where this old post is being stored or how it keeps coming up

    not displaying my optin box on the right either which i can see in the ‘appearance’ section in my text box widget area

    weird
