I’m sorry, but this behavior is not defined by the plugin, the spinners are included and managed by the browsers, however, you can force to display them, entering the following style definition into the “Customize Form Design” attribute in the “Form Settings” tab (https://cff.dwbooster.com/images/documentation/form-settings-tab.png):

input[type=number]::-webkit-inner-spin-button, 
input[type=number]::-webkit-outer-spin-button {  
   opacity: 1;
}
