Innodb tables

    Hello
    I use this plugin (3.0.11 – the last release) to clean my WordPress database. I am satisfied.
    I have migrated to 5.2.3 WordPress and I discover that WP-Optimize has a warning about two tables that are “Innodb” tables – I did not kwow this point – and not “MyIsam” tables. Theses two tables are not cleaned without my acceptation and it is at my risk.
    My database is MySql 5.5
    What does it mean (I do not know these low-level techniques of implementation of the database tables) ? What are the risks ? What is your recommendation ? I had never these warnings when I ran with 4.9.9 release of WordPress with MySql 5.5 –
