input box relocate

i installed the above plugin and it is working fine kudos to the ppl who designed it.. i wanted an hack in that plugin whenever i wanna input a new quote in that i need to scroll down to the bottom of the page as thats where the input box is https://s9.postimg.org/7u5013ibz/wphelp.jpg
i want to put that input box above the quote section so that itll help me not scrolling down each time
