Input field in pdf

Hello,

For a client I want to create a pdf with an input field that is editable in pdf.
In this case the shopping cart is downloadable as a quotation from the website for the customer. On the pdf they are able to fill in a color or color code. After the quatation is approved by the company it is sent to my client by email.

Is this a possibility?
