    Hi,

    I have installed “Product Input Fields for WooCommerce” plugin on my business website. But unfortunately input field is not showing on the front end. What could be the reason. Please advice…

    Thank you for providing us the URL of your website.

    Can you please let me know whether you have enabled ‘Product Input Fields’ option under the WooCommerce->Settings->’Product Input Fields’->General link on your site?

    When this checkbox is enabled then only the input fields will be shown on the front end.

    If the mentioned option is enabled and yet you are unable to view the custom input fields on the front end then I would appreciate if you can provide me the admin credentials of your site at ‘support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com’.

    Can you please let me know whether the Custom input field is not appearing on the product page or the value selected for that field is not appearing ahead which is on cart page and on checkout page?

    If the input fields are not displayed on product page then please let me know whether you have enabled ‘Product Input Fields’ option under the WooCommerce->Settings->’Product Input Fields’->General link on your site.

    When this checkbox is enabled then only the input fields will be shown on the front end.

    If the selected values of the input field are not displayed then please switch the theme which you are currently active(OceanWP) on your site to the default WordPress theme or WooCommerce Storefront theme? And let me know the result.

    yes, the plugin is enabled in “General”

    When I swtch to another theme, for example Storefront theme I can see the notes ( Im using the input text field) both in the cart and in checkout, but when I’m using the theme for such website: Oceanwp , I don’t get the notes neither in Cart nor in checkout.

    Thank you for answering the query which I have asked you in my previous reply and for debugging the issue by switching the theme.

    Can you please create a ticket with the admin and the FTP credentials of your site so that we can debug the issue further on your site?

    In order to create a ticket, you will just need to drop an email at ‘support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com’.
