    Could you please temporarily deactivate all other plugins except “WooCommerce” and our “Back in Stock Notifier for WooCommerce.”? Additionally, switch back to a default theme or Storefront to determine if the problem persists.

    Issues may arise due to conflicts between different plugins or themes. This process will help identify the root cause of the problem.

    I fount that the problem is because of GeneratePress theme. :/ What I should do netxt?

    Having the same issue – and I am also waiting for a response from the developer.

    I can supply url and basic auth creds directly.

    We checked your video where the frontend appears to be different from typical WooCommerce behavior. Is that a different product type, or is it designed within the theme itself to display the products in a table format?
