Input Mask and other elements

I note, to my great regret, that we, the codes and fields:
Imput mask: (__ ___ = 87 100 or _ – ___ – ___ – ___ = 0 – 110 – 111 – 112)
or entry limit of character: 9 digits = 123456789)
does not work !

A solution, or updated for it to work?

It’s a shame not being able to do it ??
