    Does it work on the default theme? If your site is within the intranet, it is a little difficult for me to help you as I can’t see the issue.

    I am not too sure how your intranet handles IP, if you have WP-Polls activated, do a <?php echo get_ipaddress(); ?> somewhere in your theme to see the IP printed is an internal or external IP. Also you might want to change the Logging Method to Cookie only
