Input on membership site plugin

I’m looking for some recommendations on a membership site plugin or advice on the best way to meet all of my needs, which are as follows:

1) Member submitted content : Members must be able to submit their own content through a form with fields that I can customize(all fields will be the same for each member). Members must also be able to edit the content they submitted and remove the content if they choose. I would also need to ability to store all of the content in a MySQL database so that I can query it from pages within the site.

2) Subscription ability: Ability to charge for memberships and have different levels of membership such as free, trial, paid, etc. I also need to ability to restrict content based on membership levels. Ideally, I would like to have some content that is only for paid members and other content that allows free members a limited number of page views per day. And then some content that is available to everyone, including non-registered members.
