Inquiry Regarding Fatal Error Message from Wordfence Plugin
-
Dear Wordfence Support Team,
I am writing to seek assistance with a critical error that has been occurring on my website when I perform a site scan using the Wordfence plugin.
The error message I am encountering is as follows:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 189263872) (tried to allocate 11169328 bytes) in /hermes/bosnacweb08/bosnacweb08aq/b1245/ipg.mbkesara32537/wp_site_1651578402/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wfConfig.php on line 711.
This error is hindering the proper functioning of my website, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can provide to resolve this issue.
I have already made sure that my WordPress installation and all plugins are up to date. I have also attempted to increase the memory limit in my server’s PHP settings, but the error persists.
Could you please advise me on how to troubleshoot and resolve this problem? I would be grateful if you could provide step-by-step instructions or any specific recommendations to fix this issue. And I already set this site to max memory.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you and finding a solution to this problem.
Thank you,
Helani
