• I had a license key and was using MailPoet quite happily until this month. Suddenly it’s not working, can’t log in to my account to check why, when clicking to buy service for 6K subscribers they want 900 Euros (over £700, over $1,000) a year just for using it, that’s £77 ($100) a month. Nothing seems to match from one page to the next. It’s an absolute nightmare and it looks like they’ve hiked their prices up to astronomical numbers. While a nice plugin, this is categorically NOT worth over £700 a year.

    Hi @robbielokeoys,

I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with MailPoet. Could you please specify what do you mean by “it’s not working”?

If you’ve been using MailPoet for a longer period, you may be using MailPoet 2 (https://www.mailpoet.com/account/) instead of MailPoet 3 (https://account.mailpoet.com/). Would you please try using the different account page if the one you tried is not working?

We noticed your MailPoet 2 license expired four weeks ago, so this would explain why the old version stopped working – if that’s the case. If you have any questions about your licenses between the different versions, please contact us here.

Regarding pricing, we haven’t increased our prices in quite some time. The 6k plan you mentioned also includes our Sending Service to help you deliver your emails to your subscribers’ inboxes. If you prefer to deliver them using other sending services or from your hosting provider, you can continue using the Blogger license, which is cheaper and without a limit for the number of subscribers.
