Inscription in news letter doesn’t work!

    Hi,
    I Have this check in field that my client Have to fill,
    But it seem that they fill it and then receive an email of confirmation, but don’t appear in my list of client in Mail box

    PS (sorry to repeat butt I didn’t see your answer:
    Normally they didn’t have to confirm the email to appear in my list…!!!
    I effectively use the subscription built in mail poet….

    Hi @toniodesiles,

    As I understand, you have a check-in form created with a 3rd-party plugin and integrated with MailPoet.

    Then you have an opt-in checkbox added to this form so users can choose to subscribe when contacting you, but the subscribed users are not being properly added to your MailPoet list.

    Is that correct?

    If so, can you please let us know if this form has been created using Contact Form 7?

    – No I’ve created the check in form with mail poet
    – Yes I don’t know why some are note added to my mail poet list

    So you’re saying that this form here https://lamaisonziazen.com/checkin/ is a MailPoet subscription form, is that correct?

    Please note that our subscription form is not meant to be used as a contact form. It’s supposed to be a form to subscribe to your newsletters instead, and I don’t see any mention of being added to a mailing list in this form.

    In this case, it would be better to use Contact Form 7 integrated with MailPoet.

    Either way, every subscriber should be added to a MailPoet list. Can you please let me know if they’re showing up in the MailPoet > Subscribers, even without being associated with a specific list? Or are they not appearing there at all?
