Insecure Form Call – Contact Form 7

Hi,

I use Contact Form 7. On checking a website’s pages to ensure they are 100% under HTTPS, whynotpadlock.com warns me that on the page https://akkses.com/business-insights/ there is an Insecure <form> call found on line # 8 in file: akkses.com/xxx/index.html
(Note: Chrome will show a security error for any secure page with an insecure <form> call on the page)

While checking in the server, there is no directory xxx at akkses.com. I ran a find file command on the server, it returned no index.html file at akkses.com/xxx/

I need to fix this Insecure Form Call, please any advice is welcome! ??
