Insert ads on-the-fly in Guttenberg

How can I insert on-the-fly ads in the Guttenberg editor?
If I change a block to HTML view, I can’t see neither the on-the-fly ads Quicktag buttons in the tool-list, nor the already existing (and functioning) ads’ code in any HTML block.

I tried to insert ads manually using shortcodes, <!–Ads1–>, <!–Ads2–> but I do not know where to put it to work good.
Shall I put it within an existing text paragraph or I have to open a new empty paragraph and put there, or…?

First I thought I can check the previously inserted ads, and I’ll insert the manual ad’s shortcode accordingly, but the ad shortcodes are not visible.
Neither in older articles.

For example I have an ad put formerly by Quicktag Button after the 10th paragraph. Working properly, displaying the given ad after the 10th paragraph in the given article.
But if I change the 10th paragraph to HTML view in the Guttenberg editor in any of the articles, I can not see any ad codes there. Neither in the 11th paragraph. And there is no ad block visible between this 2 paragraph either.

Same result if I change the whole article to Code Editor mode.

So I cant check the sample, where to put shortcodes.
Now I can’t insert and even can’t even delete the existing ones as they get invisible in the Guttenberg editor.

Any idea, how to fix this issue?
