Insert Adsense between related posts

Hello,

I am using YARPP plugin, displaying 8 related posts in 2 rows after each post.

4 columns, like this: = = = =
= = = =

I want to insert adsense between the 1st and 4th columns and show only 4 posts, like this:

= adsense =
= =

Can anyone help me doing this?
