Insert before/after heading

    Hey,

    It’s super useful and lightweight plugin. Thanks!

    However, I have a question/feature request. Right now it’s possible to insert ads after a certain number of paragraphs. however, this sometimes breaks text and does not look really good. I wonder if it would be possible to insert ads before/after a certain number of headings (h2, h3, etc)?
