Insert button not active. I have no block editor

we cannot see page that are behind login page… all dashboard page can only be seen by user that have login access to your site..

i suggest using screenshot tool like https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to take a screenshot and upload it to cloud .. so we can see what you talking about..

I tried to download and install the screen shot app you recommended but my computer freezes when i open it. why do you not just go into my dashboard and see for yourself.

i dont know if we can send private message here.. as far as i know, we can not do that.. so your password and username will be seen by everyone..

also you should not give stranger access to your site..

just try to understand how to screenshot thing and upload it to the internet.. as long as we can access those screenshot, we could try to understand what you mean..
