Insert code?

Hi guys custom posts/fields are the next step in my WordPress adventure and I’m very excited to begin! Newbie so excuse me for limited lingo ?? I’ve read a lot about your plugin but couldn’t find wether I can put code/php as input and have the function as output (as opposed to the literal code text): for example a field to paste Google adsense code in and have the advert on the website.
