Insert FAQ

  • I am using the Pro version. I have a few FAQ’s set up but when I try to insert them in a post or page the drop down menu to select a category does not show the categories. The only option is to insert all categories.
    I can provide a screen grab of this if needed.

    Do you mean the FAQ shortcode dropdown for categories is not visible in the TinyMCE editor? A snapshot would definitely help in troubleshooting the issue.

    You can upload it to a service like postimages.org or, since you are a Pro user, you can send it to us via email at [email protected] (note: if you choose the latter option, please make sure to reference this thread in your email).
