Insert Gallery Button Not Working

    In the last maybe week, the “Insert Gallery” button has stopped working. When you click on the Insert Gallery button the three little loading dots pop up and it just sits there and never does anything. You have to manually copy and paste the shortcode into the post in order for the gallery to work.

    This happens if you have a conflict with another plugin, and there isn’t much I can do here other than suggesting that you disable your plugins to identify the conflict. Considering that I haven’t changed Photonic for the past several months, the only way for a conflict to come in is via the update of another plugin.

    Another option is to switch to the “Text” mode in the Classic Editor and see if the same issue is occurring (you are currently in the “Visual” mode).

    Thank you for the reply. I had a pretty good feeling that this was going to be the case. I ended up finding the culprit.
