Insert Headers & Footers for Every Page

I find this plugin very helpful. Just Download, install, activate and you’re ready to go. However, I have this blog for my own simple Tumblr codes collection and I am having a page with demo scripts. So basically, I don’t want to include the scripts all at the same time. How do I insert a header or footer for each page or maybe each post? So the scripts won’t mix with other scripts on other pages? Thanks!
