    Hi Chris,

It’s possible that there’s a JavaScript error in your WordPress admin that’s preventing the pop-up from showing.

Most likely a JavaScript error is caused by another plugin. You can find out which plugin it is by disabling your plugins one by one until the slideshow’s image inserter pop-up is able to show.

If this doesn’t help, could you tell me what browser you’re using?

    Best regards,
    Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

    Thanks for the response.

Your advice worked, I disabled my plug-ins and it worked!

    I have another question:-

How can I make the slideshow appear in my header? I am using the Twenty Twelve Child theme.

    Thanks in advance

    Chris

    Hi Chris,

    That’s great to hear!

I added the slideshow PHP snippet right after the ‘<hgroup>...</hgroup>‘ element, in the theme’s ‘header.php’ file to get the effect you can see in the slideshow’s example images.

    Best regards,
    Stefan
