insert images into posts

  • Anyone know how I can make it easy for users to upload images into their comments? If not wordpress, what is this kind of site called, bulletin boards?

  • You can get this done by using third-party plugins such as TinyPic uploader. Note that this way adding images to the comment section becomes really, really easier for your commentators. But at the same time, none of those images are to be hosted on your blog. They all go hosted on TinyPic’s free hosting, which means if you lose the link to the uploaded image, it is almost impossible to get that picture back.

    Better way is to ask your commentators (if they have accounts in your WordPress) to log in and upload their pictures and then use the direct link in the comment field with a few HTML.
