Insert into post – issue with media uploader

    Hi,

    After upgrading to 3.7, I am having trouble to insert thumbnail or medium sized images into the post/page content. I already tried to trace the issue by changing to default theme, deactivating all plugins etc, but no luck. Is there anyone have a fix for this issue? Or its a common issue for all 3.7 users, because I have seen many such threads in the forum. Any help appreciated.

    When I am trying to insert the thumbnail or medium sized file of an already uploaded image into the editor, it always inserts the original big file, not the one I selected from the dropdown, which has options thumbnail, medium, original like that.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
