Insert Link not working on Visual and HTML tabs

  • Hello Everyone:

    I was trying to add links to my Pages but the Insert Link and Unlink buttons are disabled. I also switched to the HTML tab and added a link but after saving it does not show up on either tabs. I do not see any settings to disable these buttons so I am not sure what went wrong. Any suggestions?

    I tried multiple themes:
    Comet 1.4.2
    Twenty Eleven 1.2

    I tried multiple browsers:
    Firefox 3.6.23
    Chrome 14.0
    IE 9.0
