Insert Several Galleries thumbnails in one page

Hi

I need to insert several galleries in one page, and was wondering if there’s a way or shortcode that could allow me to insert only the gallery’s thumbnail (choosen from a random image from gallery or whatever) and when user clicks that thumbnail to open the gallery in secondary page or foobox.

I mean, I need to have lots of galleries inserted in one page but showing all thumbnails from all galeries in this page will make it infinite scroll
