"Insert Shortcode"-Button doesn't work

Hello,
after I installed the “Shortcodes Ultimate” plugin successfully, I’d try to click on “Insert Shortcode”. Unfortunately nothing happens, no windows opens to make further settings.
Does anyone know how to fix my problem?
