Insert Shortcode button doesn't work

  • The insert shortcode button doesn’t work in TinyMCE for me. I have been able to work with the plugin as I can write add the shortcodes manually, but no matter what I do the button won’t work.

    I’ve tried restarting the browser (Firefox) and tried it in Chrome too. No luck. I’ve checked that I have the most up to date version of both WordPress and the plugin, but none of this helps. I’ve also tried disabling other plugins but that doesn’t help either.

    Any thoughts on what I can do to fix this?

    The button worked like a charm but it does nothing when clicked after update!

    Any clue to solve the issue?
