Insert STB grayed out

    Hey there!

    Bought the pay version, but your website returns a 500 error when I try to send email help request.

    Love STB. Had it uninstalled for a while, just brought it back into my blog (the Pro version), but it’s acting strange….

    The menu to create a stb shows up on the visual editor, but it’s grayed out, I can’t select it. Further, when I use shortcodes, they are ignored and the STB won’t show up.

    Any thoughts?
