Insert Submitted data into another table

Hello I have a funny request, i dont know if it possible to do so. I would like to insert the submitted form data from a particular form into another table and not into the main table of formintor, as I want it to be used to update data in database

The process is as follows
Form is created and Store Submissions in Database is disabled

User submits form with data
forminator_form_after_save_entry is used to save data into another table using sql and php

the reason I am asking for this I dont want to affect the sequence numbers of the submissions as they going to be used for booking number references
