Insert Template – Image Description no working

    Hey there!

    I wanted to use the awesome “Insert Template” option to create cards of our team as you can see in this example:

    <div class="g-block size-33">
  <div class="card">
    <div class="card-block">[img]
      <h4 class="card-title">[title]</h4>
      <h6 class="card-text">[description]</h6>
    </div>
  </div>
</div>

    Everything works perfect, except the description. Could you please be so kind and take a look at it? I tried to find a typo on github but couldn’t find the problem, sorry.

  • I’m getting exactly the same issue.

    Also, if you use any of the shortcodes more than once ([title] for example) only the first one works – any future ones just show the shortcode in the post).

    Nice enough plugin I think. First time trying it out

    I fixed this bug and release v2.4.6.
    Please try again and please try new search UI from “Add Media”

    Hi @tatsuya – the fix for the [description] option works – thanks!

    I like the new UI option very much – very slick-looking compared to the old one. However, it doesn’t seem to be picking up the advanced options very well – most of mine are missing.

    For instance, my advanced option template is this:

<small><a href=[url]>[title]</a>  by <a href="https://flickr.com/people/rutty">rutty</a> is licensed under <a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.0/">CC BY-NC-SA</a> </small>
[description]

    …and the new UI option only inserts this (after the image):

    <small><a href=page>207/365 Flag</a> by <a href=

    I can still use the old UI for now, so no biggie. Still working out the best way to use the plugin to be honest, but it’s reducing my workflow no end. Thanks!

    I fixed [url] tag on new UI and released v2.4.7.

    In the new UI I want to keep simpler functions. As a result, we do not currently plan to implement advanced options for the old UI.

    If you absolutely need it, it will be a great help if you make a new issue.

    The advanced options are certainly something I’d want when using the new UI, so will raise a new Issue for that.
