    Hello,

    I have a last question for you before to purchase the pro version…

    I pointed out that in the free version the backend customization page doesn’t offer the option to insert any text box into the theme.

    I want to explain you why I was planning to place text into the theme (the template) rather than placing it into pages-structure:
    I need to associate different headers (which must contain a full-width image and some rows of text under) to different CATEGORIES;
    Unfortunately with the free version of Agama it seems not possible to set specific header for different CATEGORIES, as the only available option is to set different featured images for different PAGES;
    furthermore plugins like Unique Headers or “Category Images” cannot work with Agama –
    So, I was moving in the way to try to associate different children-theme to different categories through the use of the notorious plugin Multiple Themes, in order to load different “Header Image”s throught the Agama customization panel – and then with Multiple Themes I would associate every created children-theme to the relative category.

    But, as I said before, I need to put some text too and I’m now pointing out that Agama customization panel doesn’t offer the option to active text boxes into the theme structure…

    It’s the only feature I really need, the theme is perfect! Does Agama pro customization panel have this feature: insert text into theme?

    Thanks for attention

  • Hello there,

    Right now i think even PRO version doesn’t have this feature you need since you want to show on every new category different header image with text.

    But we are accepting new request or ideas so this feature could be easily added to PRO version.

    Best Regards

    Maybe I did not explain properly in the previous post…

    I already successfully achieve the target to display a specific header image for each category.

    I did this through these main steps:

    – I created as many different child-themes as the number of different header images I want to show: a child-theme with its specific header image has been created for each category.

    – I installed, activated and properly set the Jonradio Multiple Themes plugin, which has the function to assign different child-themes – as different themes – to each URL you want:

    https://www.example%%.com -> EXAMPLE1 THEME assigned
    https://www.example%%.com/?g345kL%/helloworld -> EXAMPLE2 THEME assigned

    Bottom of the line, my final question is the same:
    – does Agama Pro customization panel have this feature: insert text boxes into the theme?

    I’m asking you again cause visiting this demo page https://demo.theme-vision.com/ I’m viewing text boxes displayed on the page (UNLIMITED COLORS text box, EXTREMELY CUSTOMIZABLE text box… etc etc)

    Best regards

    I have just answered by myself: frontpage boxes are perfect for my pourpose also in the free version! I would guess it’s possible to have a more flexible sliders in premium version, so I’ll try the pro!

    I must shut up my self: as the name of the specific php function says The FRONTPAGE-boxes are displayed only when the URL is the homepage… No way to render the frontpage-boxes in other website pages?
