Insert title H1 in image in evidence

Dear,
I would like to insert the title of my articles (blog sections) in the imagine in evidence. ( Like this web site https://thevision.com/politica/ddl-contro-donne-parlamento/ )
Is it possible with Css?
With Vogue theme I can (and i already did it) remove the title from the top of the article, now I’m trying to appear it on the image.
Someone can help me?
