Insert/edit image button is visible in the editor, but nothing shows up

Hi, I was wondering how can I fix this?
I want my users to be able to insert image from their PC, not from my Media Library. Is this possible?
So far, I have Insert/edit image button visible in the editor, but when I click on it, it just shows and empty window. Is there any way to fix this?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/bbpress-enable-tinymce-visual-tab/
