Insert/Edit Link brings up blank white screen

  • After I highlight text and click link to insert a link I get a big white box. The odd thing is it happens on Firefox and Chrome.

    Anyone else having this problem and solved it?

    This is definitely a new development.

    PS I just removed every single chrome extension and it still comes up with black, white window – not showing the link form.
