Insert/edit link button does not respond when clicked

  • Hi there,

    Can someone please help me figure out why my insert/edit link button wont work? I highlight the text in my post, push the link button and nothing happens.

    I have deactivated all my plugins and it still isn’t working. Last week I wasn’t able to upload any images to the media library and ended up having to de-install and re-install my site to make it work. Please tell me I do not have to do this again!

    I have also just noticed that it also will not let me add any images to my post. But it will let me add a logo to the header section in customize.

    I have another WordPress account which is working fine.
