Inserting a PayPal subscription button to a page

Hi

I’m trying to add a PayPal subscription button to my blog. I have read the tutorial but this doesn’t apply to subscription and automatic billing – the email tab (in step 6) doesn’t appear. I suspect this is because PayPal don’t allow these payment methods via email.

I’m waiting to hear back from PayPal and can’t find anything in the forums.

Does anyone know of a workaround?
