inserting a Read More tag

    Can anyone help me understand how to use the “insert Read More tag” function?

    I found the button which applies the “Read More” insert with dotted lines across the page, but it didn’t capture any of the content that’s supposed to be there if someone actually clicked on the “Read More” link.

    Could you provide a URL to your site?

    The “Read More” tag allows you to cut your blog post content on your blog page. Meaning you will need content under the HTML code in a post.

    For instance

    This is an exciting post.
<!--more-->
This text will appear on the single blog page.

    Did you know you can customize what the read more link will say? Just enter text after more to change the link text. For example:

    <!--moreRead more endinmind-->

    That would output: Read more endmind
